Steve Kreitenberg
Since 2012, Steve has been a driving force in multifamily property ownership and operation, driving success through his visionary leadership.
As co-founder of XDev Property Management, he achieved a remarkable milestone by repositioning over 25 distressed properties within a brief two-year span.
Steve’s expertise and strategic vision continued to shine at New York Developers, where he spearheaded large-scale ground-up developments, delivering projects totaling over a million square feet. In 2018, he founded Insof Capital, now Zenrock Capital, with a focus on value-add apartment complex acquisitions. Under Steve’s guidance, Zenrock Capital has flourished, solidifying his reputation as a multifamily property expert and a leader who brings his vision to life.
